Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Wrong product delivered

Customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or video).

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and unopened
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Food items once opened are non-returnable

Refund Process

Once the return is approved and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
